Position Overview:
As a Sales Support Officer, you will be integral to the success of our sales team, working across V2Food, Macros, and Soulara brands. Your role will involve providing essential administrative support, managing data, and ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support for Business Development Manager and Account Managers: Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, sales contracts, forecast and tradespend entry.
- Data Analysis and Entry: Analyse sales data to help enhance sales strategies. Maintain accurate records by entering data into various systems with a high level of precision.
- Customer Portals Management: Oversee and manage customer portals, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately and promptly updated.
- CRM Management: Support the sales team with maintaining and updating CRM records, ensuring all communications, transactions, and client data are recorded.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilise proficient Excel skills to create spreadsheets, reports, and visual data representations to support sales activities.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role.

Knowledge of CRM platforms and MS Office, with exceptional skills in Excel.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We would consider either full time or part time for this role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
