This global leader in Commercial Real Estate Services specialise in Integrated Facilities delivery at the highest level, for some of the worlds' most notable global corporations across Tech, Banking, FMCG, and more.
Having won a major new global client last year, they now have a position for a Facilities Coordinator to assist in the delivery and administration of all reactive and preventative maintenance work across their national portfolio of sites, with clear progression opportunities into a full Facilities Manager role.

Supported by a dedicated Helpdesk function, and teams of Facilities Supervisors based at each site, a typical day may involve**:
- Receiving, prioritising and actioning work requests coming through the Helpdesk team.
- Raising purchase orders, invoices and issuing quotes to the client for planned and reactive work.
- Scheduling and coordinating Technicians and external contractors as required, and tracking job progress through Maximo, WebQuote, Simpro and other systems.
- Assisting the Helpdesk team with incoming calls when required.
- Collaborating between client representatives, helpdesk teams, site-based technicians and facilities teams to ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collecting and reporting on client feedback for work completed.
- Helping to review and process supplier invoices.
- Maintaining a high standard of service delivery, and strong relationships with the client.

**Requirements**:

- Existing Facilities Coordinator or Facilities Admin experience **(ESSENTIAL)**:

- Familiar with work requests, purchase orders and invoicing** (ESSENTIAL)**:

- Experience scheduling technicians / contractors **(HIGHLY PREFERRED)**:

- Excellent communication skills** (ESSENTIAL)**:

- Ability to prioritise and monitor multiple processes simultaneously **(ESSENTIAL)**
