- **The Opportunity**
- Based within an inspiring CBD based building offering the latest workplace features and lifestyle services
- The coordination of administration and operational duties associated with policies, processes, and procedures within the team and across the business line
- Maintaining up to date registers of all Assets, Systems, Equipment, Contacts, and other data necessary to see the efficient operation of the office and portfolio

- Friendly and confident communication manner, able to interact with stakeholders of all levels
- Strong IT (Microsoft suite) and administration skills with an interest in facilities management
- Ability to manage multiple functions and projects simultaneously including the ability to meet shifting priorities
