We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our biggest banking contracts in the Pacific as a Facilities Coordinator , employed on a Full Time basis, working from our client's Melbourne CBD office .
Reporting to the Engineering and Asset Manager, your role will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the facilities management services, you will act as an on-site point of contact for the client, sub-contractors, and other key stakeholders. You will be supported by great leaders who will train and work along side to your success.
Snapshot of your day:
Manage and coordinate the delivery of all Facilities Management services; Assist the manager with maintenance of all site records and reports to ensure all are up to date and accurate, for example, preventative maintenance schedules, site contact lists for incident notifications, Facility Manager site allocation lists and site inspection schedules, etc. Data entry as required – e.g. timesheets, utilisation studies, compilation of asset management information and contractor work permits. Assist with the coordination of work order management processes, i.e. raising service requests and ensuring they are actioned within KPI target. Oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure all maintenance is carried out on time and to the appropriate standard. Ensure site and system access procedures are managed in accordance with client standards, including coordinator of contractor documentation. Program minor works projects for the Head Office and other locations Compile reports and update databases for reporting purposes in a timely manner; Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirementsWhat will you possess to be successful:
Experience in a similar facilities coordinator role Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn systems quickly Willing to complete background check (National Police Check, ASIC – financial services)What we can offer:
