The People Systems team are a vital part of our People & Culture department and are the forefront of delivering cutting-edge solutions to elevate the employee experience. We are on a journey to create a workplace where our people can unleash their full potential.
As a **_People Systems Specialist_**, you'll be an architect of our evolving People Systems landscape. Reporting directly to the People Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in configuring, supporting, and enhancing our dynamic SuccessFactors platform. The role will be based at our South Guildford corporate office, providing support to our national team.
**To be successful the following is required**:
- Solid previous experience in a similar HR Systems Specialist or Systems Analyst capacity, coupled with strong business analysis and process modelling techniques.
- Sound knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) preferably SAP SuccessFactors, utilising modules such as _Employee Central, LMS, Recruit, Onboarding _and / or** **_Performance & Goals_**.**:
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage and partner with diverse teams to drive positive change.
- Partner with HR Leadership, business process owners, and fellow system administrators to configure, maintain, and optimise our dynamic environment supporting business processes.
- Own the development and continuous upkeep of communication materials, user procedures, guidelines, and manuals for seamless end-user training.
- Ability to work well autonomously and collaborate within a team environment.
