Specialist Supervisor

Our Project Support Group (PSG) department are seeking a **Hydraulic Mining Shovels (HMS) Specialist** **Supervisor **to lead and provide technical support to a team of HMS specialists assigned to projects on CAT 6020, 6030, 6040 & 6060’s. The HMS Supervisor will provide customer feedback on any identified deficiencies within the project or task delivery or work scope ensuring product issues are resolved within a timely manner.

The role will require you to conduct site visits to discuss and review WesTrac specialist personnel performance and ongoing customer support process.

**Location**: Guildford & Various mine sites as required for Project Support **$20K Commute to Site Allowance**

**Roster**:5/2 10.5HRS (Permanent Full-Time)

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Demonstrated leadership and management skills as a Supervisor.
- Previous experience within Field Service environment as well as mine site experience.
- Strong Technical Aptitude on CAT Hydraulic Mining Shovel equipment.
- Flexibility and Willingness to travel to site as required for Project Support purposes.
- HD Mechanical Background.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships.
- OEM dealership experience is advantageous.
- Highly developed attention to detail and a high degree of technical skill.
