**About the role**:
Are you an experienced People & Culture Coordinator who is looking for a new challenge in a dynamic, high performing national team?

Would you like to work in the financial services industry, for a company who really is making a difference in the lives of over a million Australians?

As the initial point of contact for all employee-related queries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our P&C team and employees. You will also champion all People, Performance & Culture (PP&C) systems and processes, ensuring that everything runs efficiently.

**Some key responsibilities for this role**:
Management of the P&C inbox including triaging and
- Provide sound and trusted advice on HR related matters, including the interpretation of the Hostplus Enterprise Agreement and company policies and procedures, as required. Coordinating and supporting a broad range of activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Generation / drafting of employment documentation including employment contracts and contract variation side letters.
- Tracking of various employee related key dates and records such as probation periods, secondments, parental leave, leave without pay, higher duties etc., to ensure action is taken as required, in a timely manner.
- In collaboration with the Talent, Culture & Development team, oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees and provide People Leaders with required support during the process.
- On a monthly basis update the organisational chart and prepare employee movements update for publication on the intranet.
- Support the management and maintenance of our fleet vehicle arrangements and novated leases.
- Support employee benefits administration including but not limited to Service Anniversary Awards, Salary Continuance.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated technical and problem-skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability to multi task and juggle competing priorities.
- Relevant qualifications (preferable, not required)
- Strong HR Systems experience (essential)
