**Your Purpose**

The People & Culture Administrator is the beating heart of our People Experience team. Reporting to the Head of P&C - People Experience, Partnering & Projects, this role provides high-quality service to many parts of the Australian business, as well as having multiple touch points across our Head Office team in New Zealand.

As an experienced Administrator, eager and interested in learning more about the Human Resources discipline, your role will be integral in ensuring our people processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Currently administrative in scope, you would be joining a global organisation as it embarks on a journey of transformation into the digital era, making it a simpler and more modern place to work. As this change evolves, you will gain exposure to varied human resources inquiries and the position will progress to one which is more advisory in scope, enabled by both automation and human collaboration in providing people solutions.

Current tasks involve:

- Handling and coordinating HR administrative tasks, promptly directing requests to the appropriate channels and ensuring timely processing.
- Helping to manage HR inquiries and maintaining HR systems.
- Collaborating with IT to rectify any errors, ensuring seamless resolution.
- Generating and upholding accurate employment documents and contracts.
- Coordinating with managers and distributing new contracts and status change letters to employees.
- Making people changes in our internal (SAP based) system, including terminations, band adjustments, title changes, and reporting line modifications.
- Supporting the timely processing of new employees and changes.
- Liaising with the payroll team as required.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee data within our HR database.
- Participating in people focused projects when required.
