**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Administrator to join our high performing People and Culture team. This role is well suited to a recent graduate looking for their first People and Culture position.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative assistance to the People and Culture operations team including preparing employment contracts, offer distribution, organisation chart management and maintaining P&C content across all relevant systems.
- Creation of electronic personnel files
- Coordinating staff movement processes for all stages of the employee life cycle including induction, probation, staff movements, changes and exits.
- Preparing a monthly report for the Executive Team

- proven experience in an administration, customer service or support role within a corporate environment
- Degree or certificate in Human Resources (or working towards qualification)
- Excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
