As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of our clients' campaigns across influencer and content marketing.
You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to create and deliver innovative content that drives results. Your responsibilities will include managing influencer client plans, negotiating with talent management, producing and overseeing social content calendars, and crafting engaging concepts and copy across various media.
You'll work with the paid social media team to optimise campaigns, handle community management, and provide detailed post-campaign reports. This role offers the chance to enhance your social management skills, contribute to team growth, and engage in dynamic campaigns for major brands.
**Here's What You Can Expect to Do If You Join Us**:
- Develop and execute influencer and content marketing plans, collaborating with both internal teams and clients to achieve campaign goals.
- Manage social content calendars for high-profile brands in retail, alcohol, and wellness, including creating and overseeing content production.
- Craft compelling concepts and copy for social media, video, and podcast content, while working with the Creative services team to provide detailed briefs and support shoots.
- Monitor campaign performance, work with the paid social media team to optimize results, and produce insightful post-campaign reports to evaluate success against client objectives.
**About You**:
- 1-2 years in a similar role with hands-on experience in implementing marketing or content campaigns.
- Basic understanding of social analytics and measurement tools, familiarity with social performance media buying, and experience with platforms like Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ad Manager are desirable.
- Creativity and Communication: Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe), strong copywriting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, commitment to continuous improvement, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
