**About the Role**:
This permanent full-time role (38 hrs/week), is Monday to Friday at a competitive hourly rate offering job security and excellent work/life balance.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide excellent service to our patients and outstanding secretarial support to our surgeons as a member of a friendly and collaborative team.

**The day to day responsibilities will be**:

- Answering incoming calls to respond to queries and make clinic appointments
- Theatre bookings and liaison
- Correspondence and patient enquiries
- Billing and receipting
- Front desk duties during patient clinics from time to time

**About You**:
You are pro-active by nature, passionate about healthcare administration, can multi-task with ease and will bring existing skills in medical administration to add value to our growing practice.

**You will be able to demonstrate the following attributes**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical administration.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to patient care
