National Workforce has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator/Resource Consultant to join our SA Team.

**About You**:

- You must be outgoing and confident.- Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people.- Pro-active problem solver- You will need to always push yourself out of your comfort zone.- You are not easily deterred from hard conversations, but note we do have our people's backs- Eager to learn the tricks of the trade.**Your duties will include**:

- Administration duties- Advert response and sourcing new employees from social platforms- Phone screening- Scheduling interviews- Reference checking- Post customer care-
- Talking with Job Active Agencies- Following up on Branch activity Eg: Rostering, and new startersThis industry has never been so challenging as our SA Economy is growing, and it is well publicised that the labour market is under demand.
