We are looking for a **Human Resources Administrator** to join our team.

This role best suits someone who is self-driven, energetic and eager to develop their knowledge and skills in HR. You will play a a key role in supporting the HR team whilst gaining exposure to the day to day operations and opportunities to develop your own skills and knowledge.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide highly accurate and timely administration to support the HR team, including reporting, maintaining spreadsheets and records management;
- Assist the HR team with providing support to projects and employees, including answering queries, recruitment, performance management and remuneration; and
- Assist with HR projects.

**Role Requirements**:

- Tertiary HR Qualification (_or equivalent_);
- Experience in a similar role (_highly desirable_);
- Ability to competently use Microsoft Office; and
- Experience with a HRIS system or similar program (_highly regarded_).
