**What's the job?**

This role will work closely with the Human Resources Director to deliver administration of the hotel’s key people processes including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations and provide first point of contact HR business support to the hotel teams as required.

**What we need from you**:

- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Previous HR administration experience is highly regarded
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Hospitality Management or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
- Strong time management, efficiency, and the ability to adapt and prioritise work under pressure
- Demonstrated experience dealing with confidentiality and data privacy
