Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Bilingual)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, APAC & CA, this role will work alongside our global Customer Lifecycle team as well as local marketing and distribution teams. This opportunity will enable you to shape our customer strategy across the Asia Pacific & Canadian markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to assist in the delivery of the CMC Markets lifecycle strategy for both CFD APAC & Canada and CMC Invest clients.
- Develop advanced client journeys within the Braze marketing system using sophisticated segmentation, multiple communications, event triggers and reporting.
- Support the broader Marketing team, as well as other key business units such as Business Operations, Compliance & Legal teams, in executing streamlined customer-centric product, operational and legal communications.
- Identify opportunities to segment clients and deliver highly-personalised communications to the right person, at the right time with customer-centric best practices and data-driven insights.
- Conduct regular campaign A/B and control group testing to optimise campaign performance.
- Report on the performance of campaigns to key internal stakeholders and suggest improvements.
- Provide insights-led reporting and recommendations to optimise lifecycle/CRM campaigns.
- Educate the wider marketing team and organisation on best practices and the benefits of lifecycle-led strategies.

General responsibilities
- Support the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager with planning and relevant budget management.
- Provide ad hoc digital support, back up and assistance to other team members within the marketing division as necessary.
- Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the APAC region.
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must haves:

- Written & spoken bilingual - Simplified Chinese.
- Approx. 2 years in a similar CRM/Lifecycle/Direct marketing role.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business IT or a related field of study.
- Previous experience using marketing systems e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo as an advanced user.
- Some experiencing implementing dynamic content scripting e.g. AMPscript, Liquid.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organisation both technical and non-technical.
