The Shared Service Provider (SSP) delivers property, car pool and library services to clients across the Victorian Government, including all Victorian Government departments and a range of agencies. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, as the Executive Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

- providing high level support ensuring the SSP executive office runs professionally and efficiently
- co-ordinate the scheduling of Director's diaries in relation to events and meetings
- manage administrative processes for the group and provide support for stakeholder meetings
- coordinate, proof-read and edit papers, memorandums, and general correspondence for senior management in a professional, timely and accurate manner
- monitor and maintain the office environment in regard to stationary supplies, records, purchasing and reimbursements.
- ad-hoc administration tasks for the Executive Leadership Team and Executive Assistant
