**What You Will Do**:
Our customer administration specialists are gurus in everything customer service and administration. They make daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, insurers and third party medical providers to ensure efficiency in meeting all underwriting requirements and pipeline management to ensure our customers receive a timely underwriting outcome. They build effective networks with the insurer contacts and underwriters, and maintain accountability throughout.

**About You**:

- You will thrive in this role if you have a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal and enjoy working with stakeholders towards a collective goal with our customers best interests at heart.
- High level of compliance, ethical standards and strong ability to multi task are essential to succeeding.
- Being tech savvy and a willingness to learn the insurance industry ins and outs and associated compliance risks is essential.

**How to Apply**

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
