**About the job**:
Detailed training and ongoing support will be provided from the Outsourcing Team and our firm’s administration staff. This role is suitable for someone who desires career progression as our administration requirements continue to expand within the team and wider firm.
- Management of the monthly client billing process
- Assistance with the preparation of client proposals in PowerPoint
- Assistance with the preparation of the client engagement and re-engagement documents
- Assistance with onboarding of new clients to the firm
- Maintenance of the Teams workflow program (Asana)
- Working with the Outsourcing team to ensure that key deliverables are being met on time
- Management of the Outsourcing team’s CRM
- Preparation of the team monthly reporting pack
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports as and when required
- Reconciliation of the team Trust account
- Provide reception relief for overflow of calls, lunch breaks, holidays, and sick days.

**About you**:

- Experience working in an accounting firm or other professional services in an admin capacity.
- Experience in assisting a team with administration tasks essential.
- Good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
- Ideally have experience using MYOB AE, PDF Manager, ATO Portal, ASIC Portal and Teams but not essential.
- High attention to detail,
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Position open to Australian/New Zealand Citizens and Permanent Residents.
