**Kingsley, **has transformed Newcastle’s former Council Administration Centre into an elegant and sophisticated 130-room five-star hotel with a signature rooftop bar and restaurant, lobby bar and café, and two private meeting venues. **the Role**
- Anticipating and attending to guest queries.
- Checking guests in and out with efficiency, friendliness and flair.
- Processing daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with other departments, to ensure that the Hotel’s rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests.
- Happily working to busy rosters that range across 7am - 11pm over a 7-day roster.
**Your Talents**
- Previous guest service experience (hotel experience an advantage)
- A logical, common sense approach to resolving concerns.
- An empathic ability to anticipate our guests' needs.
- Having a manual driver’s licence.
- Familiar with Newcastle and the wider Hunter region.
- Demonstrated 'can-do' approach to your duties.
