PremiAir is a fast-growing Hire/Service company that specialises in the hire, service and sales of air compressors, generators, lighting towers, message boards and traffic management systems as well as providing on-site refuelling services. An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Office Assistant in our Brisbane (Darra) depot.

This is a permanent full-time position and reports directly to the Queensland State Manager. Working hours are typically between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced office worker who can thrive in a dynamic and customer-service focused environment. This position will play a role in assisting the Brisbane and QLD depots to achieve revenue and efficiency objectives. The role will involve direct communication with various members of our Head Office personnel in Sydney and with our customers.

**Main Responsibilities/Duties**
- Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and Hire Controller
- General office duties
- Stock orders and transfers, raising PO requests and invoicing
- Keeping the office clean, tidy and well organised
- Other appropriate duties as required/directed by the State Manager

**The success applicant will have the following skills and experience**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be structured in the approach to work
- Some Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and general office experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook suite
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Punctual and reliable
- Demonstrate strong team loyalty
- Customer focussed with excellent phone, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Sense of urgency and follow-up in responding to our customers
