We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Office Manager, to assist with the day to day administrative and financial tasks.

**About the role**

We are looking for a pro-active, organised and efficient individual with a strong attention to detail. Supporting the day to day operations within the office you will be the first point of contact for all administrative tasks and the "go to person" for any queries and support within the office in line with company policies and procedures.

**The role will encompass but not be limited to the following responsibilities**:

- Daily management of the office to ensure it is running effectively and efficiently.
- Arranging appointments, meeting schedules, booking travel arrangements, booking vehicle servicing, organising functions and catering, stocking kitchen supplies, preparing meeting minutes and agendas.
- Processing invoices, bills and expenses for the organisation using company programs such as xero, serviceM8 etc.
- Ensuring IT, devices & office equipment are up to date and effectively running.
- Updating business registers for the monitoring and management tools.
- Assist with receiving deliveries as required.
- Assistance with accounts payable, receivable, forecasting, budgeting, accruals, tax and superannuation reporting and monthly business reporting.
- Assistance with marketing, website maintenance and social media campaigns.
- Assistance with training, learning and development programs.
- Assistance with human resources on boarding.
- Assistance with safety, environment and quality requirements and compliance.
- Assistance with engineering and technical team.
- Assistance with policies, process, guidelines and systems updates and implementation.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Office Manager experience with minimum 5 years experience (essential).
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to producing consistent high level standard of work (essential).
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and multitask (essential).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills liaising with a wide range of stakeholders (essential).
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (essential).
- General administration experience (essential).
- Excellent team player who is flexible and adaptable with a positive can do attitude (essential).
- Finance experience (essential).
- Basic knowledge of or ability to obtain and understand Business Administration practices and principles; Workplace Health and Safety procedures and guidelines; Electrical Acts and Regulations; Australian and Building Standards;
- Sound understanding of or ability to obtain and understand DETAIL PS PL policies, procedures and standards; Fair Work and Industrial relations requirements; Queensland Environmental Protection Legislation applicable to works.
- Past experience working in an Administrative/Office Manager role within a fast-paced project based environment (desirable).
- SM8 & Xero experience (highly desirable).
- Engineering or Trades Services experience (desirable).
- Time allocations experience/understanding (desirable).

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification or minimum Certificate 3 in Business Administration; Business or ability to progress and obtain.
- Current Class C Driving License - Manual (essential).
- Construction Induction - White Card (desirable).
- Working with Children - Blue Card (desirable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
