We are looking for a high-performance Workplace Consultant role in delivering exceptional workplace experiences and service to colleagues, customers, and visitors in our commercial buildings; ensuring qualitative customer outcomes are realised. The Consultant must ensure they liaise professionally and appropriately with colleagues, customers, and all other stakeholders at every interaction.

**The role**:
NAB Group Property manage and protect the Bank’s investment in over 400 retail branches, 30 business banking centres and 11 commercial buildings.
The Workplace Consultant is responsible for delivering end to end workplace services in one of NAB’s commercial buildings. They are a senior workplace leader within their designated building and, with their Workplace Manager, are responsible for ensuring consistently high levels of customer service satisfaction for all workplace related activities within.
This is **not** a people leadership role but will support the Workplace Manager in coaching and developing Workplace Team Leaders, Guest Services Associates and Advisors. This role will help to guide and collaborate with a range of external vendor partners and stakeholders to provide exceptional workplace experiences and service to colleagues, customers, and the community.
The purpose of the Workplace Consultant role is to support the Workplace Manager at NAB’s major buildings to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of workplace support services to ensure an exceptional workplace experience for all colleagues, customers, and visitors. This role will ensure that all services and activities are delivered with the highest level of detail and to the highest standards.

- Workplace Management
- Meeting Room / Event Management
- Mail Management
- Cleaning Inspections and Audits
- People Leadership
- Relationship Management (across business units)
**What you will bring**:
- Sound Customer Service/ Customer Experience
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
- Hospitality industry background preferred
- Exposure to Facilities Management services preferred
- Financial Acumen
- Communicate Effectively

- Risk & Compliance Management

- Certificate III in Hospitality highly regarded
