**Compensation**:$32.50 per hour ( plus 13% Super)

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO within the Disability Services sector.
- Must complete any task provided by the CEO and Executive Team

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

**Client Interaction**:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients and their families, providing information, answering inquiries, and offering assistance as needed.

**Document Preparation**:

- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external distribution.

**Event Organisation**
- Organise company events and manage the process from start to finish

**Data Entry and Reporting**:

- Enter and manage data in relevant databases and generate reports as required by the team and management.

**Accessibility Advocacy**:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure that all materials and resources are accessible to clients with diverse needs.

**Financial Management**:

- Assist in basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and maintaining budget records.

**Compliance and Regulation**:

- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the disability sector, ensuring organisational compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge or experience in the disability sector is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Owns a car and holds a valid driver's license
- Vibrant and energetic with a "can-do" attitude
- Well-presented with impeccable communication and organisational skills
- Adaptable, capable of handling pressure, and open to last-minute changes

**Additional Information**:

- This position offers a minimum of 22.5 hours per week
- The hourly rate exceeds the minimum wage requirement, at $32.50 per hour exclusive of superannuation.
