We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Operations Administrator to join the team at SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium on a part-time basis working 5 days a week for 6 hours each day.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for taking ownership of all administrative duties in areas including rosters, payroll, recruitment, procurement and health and safety.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee department rosters in line with budgets
- Ensure payroll sheets are entered into database correctly
- Support organisation and compliance checks of food safety documentation
- Manage administrative components of WHS paperwork
- Review commercial and operations standard operating procedures and risk assessments
- Collate monthly forecasts and data required for team
- Other ADHOC admin duties
**About You**
A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential, but to truly shine in this role you will also have:
High level of planning and organisation skills required to meet the daily challenges within the business.
Ability to work within a team environment.
Attention to detail, accurate and well organised.
Consistency in work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to follow through with extra tasks.
