**About the opportunity**:
As an experienced General Manager, you will have the opportunity to join a leading ASX 100 listed player in the industrial/heavy industry sector. Your role will involve overseeing multiple sites across QLD and WA. There will be significant intrastate travel across QLD as well as Perth. Utilising your Engineering/Civil Contracting leadership experience you will manage a team of approx. 450 employees and a $400m+ turnover business. You will be focused on leadership of the highly successful team through a period of change, ensuring safety and risk are managed, and productivity continues to increase despite success, challenging the status quo and driving the culture of continuous improvement. This role entails full P&L ownership and nurturing strategic customer relationships.

**About You**:
You are an experienced General Manager or emerging Operational leader with a proven background managing complex multi-site operations including full P&L ownership. You will have an industrial/heavy industry background with Engineering/Civil Contracting exposure. You are a strong leader with a mature approach to problem solving. You enjoy a growth mindset and like to look at strategic long-term goals and driving change in line with the operating model.
