**About the Role**:
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be a key part of the customer journey:

- Deliver an exciting and educational experience
- Assist with appointments and walk-in enquiries
- Sell and ensure customer needs are met

We want someone honest, loves dealing with people, and eager to self-develop.

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- Quality in-person customer service

- Interpret and discuss stock information

- Manage handovers
