With a variety of responsibilities, you will enjoy being an integral part of this close knit team to support the smooth running of the Office. This onsite position, located in Seven Hills would suit someone who wants to work close to home 8:30 - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (5 days).

Assisting with Office support responsibilities, you will enjoy the variety each day brings including;
- Data entry and reporting
- Answering calls
- Typing of minutes, agendas and standard template letters
- Database maintenance and updating
- Administration & correspondence in Word and Excel and more
- Administration for meetings
- Scanning, archiving etc

You will need;
- Strong Admin &/ or Reception exp
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Can do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
