- This position reports into the Head of Digital Citizenship Programs and assists with the delivery of programs into numerous jurisdictions across Australia. We support our staff to work flexibly, both in location and hours, based on the premise that work will remain the focus of any arrangement. How and where you work is discussed with your People Leader based on individual circumstances, role requirements and accountability for delivery of high-quality work.- This role sits within the Program Delivery team, supporting delivery of a suite of culture change and online e-learning programs including eSmart Schools, eSmart Connect, eSmart Digital Licence+ and eSmart Media Literacy Lab into Australian schools.**Major Job Responsibilities**
- Data entry, updating records, and generating reports within Dynamics 365
- Customer liaison including confirming contact information, problem resolution and diary bookings for meetings, consultations and events
- Assisting with analysis of evaluation data, building prescribed surveys (Survey Monkey, Typeform, Dynamics) and reviewing customer account statistics
- Assisting with promotion campaigns, and distribution of collateral
- Developing positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, customers and organisations.
- Other tasks as directed by the Head of Digital Citizenship Programs or the Executive Team

**Knowledge, Experience & Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an office administration or project implementation role
- Previous experience working with CRMs (Dynamics 365 preferred) and website environments
- Strong skills across the Microsoft suite and document management
- Ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment, prioritise workload on a regular basis and manage time-sensitive tasks well
- Highly developed organisation and communication skills, with a professional manner to relate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to work autonomously on projects, remain coordinated and possess a keen eye for detail
- A Working with Children Check and police check.
