In this role, you will provide high level coordination and organisation to Mater Education’s external programs and corporate delivery. The Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with Manager Programs and Partnerships and Education Coordinators to provide participants of Mater Education external and corporate programs a seamless and high-quality learning experience.

**Salary: $79,014 - $87,055 (MCA4) p.a. plus superannuation and access to salary packaging up to $15,900**

**What you’ll be doing**

You will coordinate and plan for the logístical delivery of a large number of programs delivered weekly, fortnightly, monthly and bi-annually. You will be responsible to ensuring dates and frequency align with market needs, ensure appropriate faculty are booked to deliver each session. Work with curriculum and content experts, to ensure sessions are meeting appropriate learning objectives. You will need to ensure appropriate training rooms are booked, liaise with program support officer to ensure maintenance of accurate enrolment and participation records, including, catering. You will need to coordinate the preparation and allocation of equipment, supplies, paperwork and room set up and pack down prior and post each delivery.

**About you**
- Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in a project coordination or program coordination/management role within a corporate, health or education environment
- A relevant qualification in business and/or health administration or project management would be highly regarded.
- High level organisational skills and demonstrated behavioural capabilities to build and develop effective stakeholder relationships within a values-based organisation
- Experience liaising with clients and coordinating education/training delivery to meet their needs
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage diverse professional staff
- Experience in scheduling and budgeting with a strong attention to detail
- Proven effective oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to present concise correspondence on issues of a complex nature
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and coordinate multiple tasks within agreed timeframes and accountabilities
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise tasks to effectively deliver to deadlines and achieve program outcomes
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and calm demeanour when required to solve last-minute tasks that may arise
- Team-oriented personality
- Understand and be an expert user of (or demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire knowledge) key Mater Health and general office administrative systems (e.g. aXcelerate, SharePoint, Microsoft Office)
- Broad knowledge and understanding (and/or the demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire knowledge) of the health/education sector
- Maintain a safe working environment complying with Workplace Health and Safety policies.
