I’m currently collaborating with one of Salt Recruitment’s favourite B2B technology Clients, a well-known global software company with a strong presence in the industry worldwide. We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Field Marketing Manager.
- As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the teams success by driving and executing field marketing programs.
- You’ll have the chance to directly impact pipeline generation, acceleration, expansion, and account engagement and have the chance to work cross-functionally as a part of ANZ Marketing’s growth journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End Program Management: You will take ownership of integrated marketing programs, supporting customer acquisition, expansion, and pipeline growth. This includes organizing events, regional sponsorships, executive engagement activities, thought leadership initiatives, workshops, and webinars.
- Results-Oriented: You’ll track, measure, and communicate program results to key stakeholders, ensuring we meet our goals and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the success of marketing programs and outcomes. Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to optimize MQL conversion to pipeline.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be crucial for success in this role.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of field marketing experience.
- Proven track record in project-based marketing roles.
- Experience in B2B software is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
