- **We are looking for experienced customer service consultants to join our clients team**

You will be part of a vibrant team with an excellent culture who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

**Who will you be working with?**

Our client is a long service leave provider in the construction industry who were established nearly 50 years ago. They service all members of the construction industry including employers, workers, working subcontractors, working directors ad apprentices.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Effectively engage with employers, members and legal representatives to educate on payment obligations and resolve outstanding long service leave charges through various methods, such a written and verbal correspondence
- Process a range of administrative tasks relating to the management and enforcement of employer obligations to set timeframes and minimum standards
- Ability to work within a strict compliance environment governed by complex legislation
- Responding appropriately in difficult situations and displaying resilience
- Work collaboratively as part of the team in alignment with the companies values
- Perform a range of day to day administrative duties as required

**We are looking for someone with**:

- The ability to communicate, build relationships and collaborate with a diverse range and level of stakeholders
- The ability to interpret and enforce legislative compliance in a clear, concise and supportive manner
- Experience in responding to or dealing with complex situations
- Well developed verbal, listening, comprehension and written communication skills
- Prior experience working in a member centric, financial services or dispute resolution role
- Prior experience working in a high volume customer centric case management role

This position is only available to Australian Permanent Residents or Citizens. The start date is 13/06/2023
