We are seeking
**motivated and dedicated** professionals to join our NSW investigations team as we continue to expand We are seeking
**Circumstance Investigators experienced in general insurance, workers compensation and/or CTP claims **to come on board.

As a Circumstance Investigator your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day You will be required to attend various locations, predominantly within Melbourne and surrounding areas with a proportion of work across wider Victoria as required.

You will interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner, maintaining effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team. Based at Head Office, our investigations support team will be on hand to provide thorough training in our case management system and ongoing assistance in the field.

**About you**:

- Have a current and valid **Investigators Licence**;
- Have a current and valid driver's license and vehicle;
- Have demonstrated experience, at least 6 months, in **general insurance, workers compensation and/or CTP claims**;
- Have **excellent written and verbal** skills;
- Are self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames.
- Contractors are set up as a contracting entity and have relevant insurances.
