Registry clerk needed full-time hours temporary 6 week contract

**Your new company**

This temporary position will be providing high level administrative support and customer service falling within the Tribunal’s jurisdiction.

**Your new role**

You will:

- Act as the first point of contact for the Tribunal on telephone calls and in person
- Undertake a wide range of clerical and administrative duties such as filing, data processing, scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Liaise with varying stakeholders to ensure information is provided and received in compliance with legislative requirements
- Maintaining physical filing, information management and case management systems of the Tribunal

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful, you will be an experienced admin officer in a busy environment.

You will have:

- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels, answer enquiries and provide advice to clients of the Tribunal and provide an appropriate reception service for the Tribunal.
- A high standard of keyboard skills and attention to detail, together with demonstrated experience in the use of common desktop computing packages and an ability to adapt to new technology and procedures as required.
- The ability to work effectively, either individually or as part of a team, in the efficient and timely delivery of tasks.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
