**Client Details**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global manufacturing company as a Talent Acquisition Manager on a permanent full-time basis. You will take responsibility of recruitment & selection and learning & development. You will closely work with the offshore Shared Service Team, management team and Training Academy to support the achievement of business objectives and growth of the company.

**Description**

**The key responsibilities and duties**:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Support the recruitment process by posting advertisements, scheduling interviews, medicals, and produce employment contracts.
- Involve in on-boarding process for all new employees including maintenance of new starter kits
- Provide interpretation and support to Line Management regarding recruitment policies, programs, and practices.
- Develop and implement new recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet organisational needs.
- Be involved with ad-hoc HR related projects

**L&D**
- Implement Talent Management and Succession plans
- Support managers with evaluating, determining training and development requirements within their teams
- Manage the implementation of training solutions and systems
- Develop Team Building activities
- Identify areas of long-term strategic development within the L&D
- Investigate issues and develop solutions to resolve L&D business issues.
- Develop and implement new Learning & Development policies, practices, and programs to meet business needs.

**Profile**

**In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths**:

- Tertiary Qualification in HR
- Knowledge of Workplace relation law, legislation, and industrial awards.
- Must have an experience in internal talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including supporting diversity in the workplace and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong team player and time management skills.
- Strong interviewing and role analysis skills.
- Must be able to adopt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
