Facilitate training and development, and create proactive talent management initiatives. Lastly, your ability to record data accurately will provide valuable insights to our business.

Job responsibilities:

  • Utilise talent systems and platforms to post vacancies and attract top talent
  • Identify top talent through effective candidate screening and proactive sourcing
  • Partner with managers at all levels to support their talent needs
  • Maintain control over the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Advise managers on best practices in talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with the wider global team on new talent initiatives and process improvements
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying skills gaps and opportunities for training and development
  • Create and facilitate skills workshops and training sessions
  • Record data and provide insights to the business

Job requirements:

  • Experience in an internal Talent role, preferably with a blend of Acquisition and L&D
  • Keen interest in Talent Management and building productive teams
  • Experience working end-to-end recruitment
  • Approachable attitude with willingness to take initiative
  • Adaptable to change with ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Confident communicator and relationship builder at all levels of seniority
  • Process driven, with strong admin and project coordination skills
  • Experience collaborating in a global team would be preferred but not essential
