In the role of Administration Coordinator, you will provide professional, efficient and confidential support services to members of the RoadTek Leadership Team as directed.

**Accountabilities include**:

- Ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day activities and provide a high level of efficient administrative service
- Develop and implement appropriate administrative systems and procedures
- Interact with RoadTek Administration Coordinators and work as part of the wider administration pool
- Coordinate and organise the preparation of itinerary and travel arrangements
- Arrange venues and catering for conferences, training sessions and meetings
- Prepare and take minutes of management team meetings
