- The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the CEO and CFO with the day to day
- administration of our operations across the group. Reporting to the CFO, the Operations
- Coordinator will play an integral role in liaising with internal staff to complete key operational tasks.
- The Operations will have a commitment to high standards of presentation and execution as well as
- contributing to an environment of excellence and integrity. An active participant in the Corporate
- team, the Operations Coordinator will support a collaborative and proactive team approach.
- Your duties will include:

- Operations and Administration:
- Office management of the Brisbane office
- Co-ordination of office operations across AUS
- Administrative and Board support to CEO | CFO | Chair
- Coordinate all Executive travel
- Office cars mgmt. & Co-ordination
- Develop proactive improvements to existing operational processes
- Assist Ops team with incoming communication to BNE office

Risk, Policy and Insurance:
- Assist reporting and updates required for QA
- Manage WHS audit and updates for AUS offices
- Assist with Company Insurance renewals, updates and documentation
- Assist with and update company policies

- Assist with management of operational risk, including awareness and mitigation
- Assist with training coordination across operational areas of the business
- Coordinate updates of risk registers monthly
- Assist CFO with contract review, client, consultant & supplier
- Ensure best practices are being applied through operational systems

IT
- Manage general IT coordination across AUS offices
- Management of Telephone, VC systems and communications
- Management of employee hardware and software purchasing and allocation
- Assist CFO with management of external IT provider
- Assist CFO with external IT provider audit

Team
- Contribute to team culture by making a positive contribution and leading by example
- Develop strong internal relationships across the group to ensure cooperation and coordination

of operational requirements

Essential Experience:

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with MS Outlook & MS Office Programs
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- The ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- The ability to problem solve, providing fast and effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and delivery of quality documents and communication
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Current drivers licence required

Desirable Experience / Attributes:

- Planning/ Architectural industry experience
- Project driven industry experience
