**The Company**
Based in the South Eastern suburbs our client is a well established and rapidly growing organisation in the automotive industry. They have enjoyed a period of consistent growth and the business is expected to continue yielding strong results into the foreseeable future.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will perform a combination of Accounts Payable and Administrative tasks. The role will be recruited as a permanent full-time position with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
Key duties will include but not be limited to:
- Reconciliation of creditor invoices and ad-hoc payments in accordance with appropriate creditor payment terms
- Processing creditor invoices
- Coordinate various banking/credit functions
- Various administration tasks to support the business including uniforms, stationary, and general purchasing for the group requirements
- Bank reconciliations
- Other ad-hoc or general administrative tasks as required
With previous experience working in a high volume Accounts Payable role, you will have a high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills, an ability to think laterally and a proactive approach to follow up on an action items. Finally, you will have strong systems and Excel skills.
