ElectraNet builds, owns, operates, and maintains the South Australian high voltage transmission network that delivers electricity from generators to distributors and major load connected customers, enabling power to be supplied to homes, businesses, and communities.

**The Opportunity**:
You will also help drive new revenue opportunities identified by the business, by proactively engaging with stakeholders to explore, verify and deliver innovative and reliable solutions for the future of our network.

These activities will require:

- exceptional relationship, negotiation, and communication skills
- the ability to build influential relationships across broad stakeholder groups
- commercial and business acumen
- the ability to deliver proactive innovative customer solutions utilising your project management skills
- strong administrative skills and ability to prepare proposals, bids, marketing documents and correspondence
- the ability to manage contractual agreements and negotiations with clients

You demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills, and you are a highly energetic professional with the ability to have confident conversations with the stakeholders. You are proactive, resilient, outcome focussed, flexible, self-motivated, thrives on working in a high-performance team environment, embraces challenges, always seek to drive the right outcome, adopting a customer service delivery mentality and enjoys building effective and lasting relationships, has attention to details and is focussed on embedding a longer-term solution to an opportunity and is assertive and directive as needed.

As an ElectraNet employee, you will benefit from a competitive remuneration + superannuation (based on experience). From 2024 you will have performance bonus eligibility of up to 15%. You will also have access to:

- sixteen (16) weeks paid parental leave for the primary carer
- four (4) weeks paid parental leave for the secondary carer
