A well-reputed company is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their team.

**Your new company**
This organisation is one of Australia’s leading locally owned technology companies with more than 50 years' of experience in the industry. Their main purpose is to connect people and technology in order to solve challenges, create opportunities and discover new possibilities.

**Your new role**
In this role your main responsibility will be to represent the company to a broad range of customers, within Government and Corporate, promote service offerings and develop new business opportunities. You will build and maintain strong relationships with their clients, partners and use innovative and creative ways to ensure your KPIs are met.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need:

- Minimum 10 years’ of sales experience, ideally with recent experience working in the Adelaide/ SA market
- Understanding of a broad range of IT services with the technical nous to pick up new offerings
- Experience across software engineering, in particular the Microsoft Suite of products, along with resource augmentation, would be hugely beneficial
- Experience selling complex enterprise solutions to clients in a variety of sectors
- Excellent customer and vendor relationship building and management skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience in using Salesforce as the sales CRM for tracking opportunity progression through the sales cycle
- Experience and good understanding of cloud-based services/solutions would be highly desirable
