We're looking for a motivated and results driven professional with a passion for expanding business opportunities. Someone dedicated to delivering memorable and elevated client experiences. You'll be joining a team of highly engaged individuals and will contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business leads
  • Responding promptly and professionally to enquires; tailoring your proposals to meet client needs
  • Engaging in negotiations to secure contracts, pricing, and terms that yield profitable business agreements for the hotel
  • Hitting all personal sales goals to help us maximise profitability and smash performance targets
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market demands to seize growth opportunities

What We need from you:

  • Higher education qualification in business or marketing related field
  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or relevant roles
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of hotel systems and revenue management principles
