Property development company looking for a Lease Administrator to help with their commercial lease portfolio.

**Your new company**

Our client is a reputable property development company providing services to residential and land lease community properties around Australia. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add a Lease Administrator to support the commercial property team to assist their customers through the leasing process.

**Your new role**

As the Lease Administrator, you will assist with the leasing process through updating and maintaining key data relating to the commercial terms in their leases for internal and external stakeholders. This includes organising relevant portfolio information, delivering relevant documents for new deals and renewals, ensuring compliance requirements are met and processing information within agreed timeframes. You will maintain close contact with stakeholders to ensure proper control and service delivery occurs on a day-to-day basis.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of lease administration regarding a large commercial property portfolio. Therefore, you will have a minimum one years' experience in property and lease administration, with an understanding of commercial leases, licences, and property documentation. You will have excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and deliver to deadlines. Given this role requires reporting and documentation, experience in Microsoft Office Programs is required. A Property or Administration discipline as well as exposure to Salesforce, SAP or other ERP systems would be beneficial.

**What you'll get in return**

You will be offered an immediate start in a full-time role based in south Brisbane. You will be offered an initial 6-month temporary contract with the potential of extension or going permanent afterwards, paying an hourly rate of $40-45 inclusive of super.
