**The Role**:
Reporting to the Manager Learning & Leadership Capability this role will have an impact on the organisation as it will help embed and bring to life our Learning Organisation Framework. You will be responsible for implementing, enhancing, designing and embedding multiple learning programs, including our core capability curriculum, identified mindsets and habits.
You will achieve this through:
- Working with our learning partners to develop, enhance, coordinate, co-facilitate and manage our programs.
- End to end design, develop and facilitate ad-hoc development sessions as required.
- Ensuring a modern, innovative approach to learning and capability development.
- Assisting with administering and managing our online Learning content
- Helping to identify and implement changes to learning processes
- Implementing the Leadership Development curriculum where required
**Your Skills and Experience**:
- Vast experience in Learning and Organisational Development roles, or related fields including workplace culture and leadership skillsets
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders where required
- Exceptional facilitation skills
- Demonstrated experience with current learning theories and current learning approaches
- Proven program management skills
- Works well with autonomy
- Digital Learning experience is highly regarded
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment is required (or equivalent experience)
