**About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to the North Lakes Health Precinct/ Aspley Community Health Centre
About you
Ensure client confidentiality is always maintained in accordance with Queensland Health Policy.
Ability to work with the Facility Management team to successfully facilitate, promote and adapt to change to ensure continuous improvement in processes providing quality care to patients.
Management of patient appointments including appointment offers, follow-up reviews, rescheduling and cancellations in conjunction with the Medical, Allied, Nursing staff and ESM policies.
Manage workload appropriately; prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes.
Ensure the smooth functioning of the facility on a day-to-day basis and work autonomously in the absence of the Senior Administration Officer
