Our client, based in the Inner West, is seeking a new Human Resources Coordinator to join their People and Culture team, who are high performing, well established and collaborative. They are the central part of this large Construction firm.

Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be the first point of contact for all contracts, onboarding and offboarding. You will be comfortable providing administrative support, as well as being able to advise and consult to managers and employees across the organisation.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks encompassing all facets of the employee life cycle with a strong eye for detail and absolute discretion.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Act as a main point of contact for the Human Resources team
- Assist employees and managers with contracts, onboarding and offboarding for staff
- WHS compliance, assist with developing relevant policies and procedures
- Ensure Human Resources policies and procedures are maintained and developed as required
- Add value to collaborative internal relationships
- Anticipate and resolve issues, contribute to change management
- Work within a legislative, compliance and reporting framework
- Embrace a culture of diversity and inclusion

**Essential criteria**
- Experience working in a HR team or someone with strong Administrative skills who has a passion for HR
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
- You will have a passion for HR and administration with an excellent eye for detail
