Established for over 25 years, this busy consulting business has established itself as a leader in their field. Through the provision of both consulting services and IT platforms, they provide workforce optimisation solutions that improve business operations, employee satisfaction and health and safety performance. This is a great business built on highly experienced management and the passion of their long term stable employees. We are seeking to appoint another long term valued member of the team

**The position**
Reporting to the Director and working closely with the consulting staff, this pivotal role is diverse and provides you with the opportunity to work across a broad skill set. You will play an integral part in the day to day operations providing professional office/slaes support to ensure timely project delivery. If you enjoy being the 'go to' person and working across all aspects of the business then this is the position for you We understand that you may not possess experience in all areas outlined below, however, the willingness to learn and grow in the position and take on more responsibility through your initiative and training is what we are seeking;
- Manage the day to day operations of the office
- First point of contact for customers
- Liaise with technical staff and customers to facilitate an excellent customer experience
- Coordinate travel for team members
- Manage events, conferences, meetings and social functions
- Generate and format complex reports and presentation materials
- Support Bookkeeper with accounts administration
- Management reporting
- Maintain company website and LinkedIn profile
- Create and run marketing campaigns
- Assist with and attend client presentations when required
- Manage all office consumables

This is a full time position that will require you to work within the office, however, the business is happy to consider 4 days in the office and 1 from home if that is a preference. There is also flexibility with start and finish times i.e. early starts and early finishes can be accommodated In other words, there is flexibility to consider your personal circumstances as it is the person and fit that is most important. Despite the diverse scope of this position, for the most part, this position can be achieved within standard business hours.

- Previous senior office/administrative background essential
- Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills essential including templates and formatting
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong business writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer centric approach
- IT and technically savvy
- Positive "can do" attitude
- Exposure to marketing initiatives i.e. Survey Monkey/WordPress advantageous
