**Description**: Part time contract role (with the aim of moving to permanent part time) supporting the operations team through providing administration support in the supply chain & daily operations.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Preparation of export documentation (including Heath Certificate/ Certificate of Origin as per importing Country’s requirement) and data entry
- Organising and co-ordination of export shipments
- Facilitating airport and sea port deliveries
- Assisting with ad hoc administration and data entry for daily operations
- Interacting with customers / shipping lines / airlines / co-loaders / overseas agents and transport companies
- Liaising with Customs and Quarantine authorities to ensure compliance
- Develop new or improved procedures, as required in conjunction with other operational staff
- Other ad hoc projects as directed to assist sales and marketing team

**Work Experience**:

- No export experience required. We are happy to train on the job.
- However, we are looking for someone who takes pride and accountability for job processing & accuracy
- Ability to work effectively with the internal operations & sales team
- Someone keen to work in a small but high paced company
- Able to meet deadlines and a high level of accuracy
- Superior customer service skills and ability to build rapport with suppliers
- Multi-tasking and time management is crucial
- Ideal, but not required, fluency in Mandarin, Japanese and/or Korean.
- Car and driver license required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
- We are flexible with work hours. But ideally Monday to Friday 10am to 2.30pm

University degree preferable
