**About the Role**
This large-scale, national builder with over 2000+ homes built annually needs YOU to join their vibrant team in the Norwest. Trusted for building quality project homes with a great industry reputation, this role will play an integral part in the business operating within the wider customer service & construction administration team.

This fast-paced role will see you working across;
- Managing customer relations and communications in relation to progress and delivery of the home building agreement (HIA Contracts)
- Maintaining accurate documentation on all jobs to coordinate site services
- Preparing and producing electronic and printed site files for the construction team
- Obtaining compliance certificates for certificate of occupancy
- Creating handover packs for client
- Creating new job files and updating the company CRM
- Managing both internal and external stakeholder inquiries
- Adhoc construction admin support

**About You**
For fulfilment of this role you will possess;
- Experience related to residential building industry in a similar role (**essential**)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly computer literate
- The ability to prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, changing environment
- A high attention to detail
- The ability to work towards deadlines

**Remuneration & Benefits**
- A remuneration package upwards of $70-75k+superannuation.
