**About the Position**

This is your opportunity to play an integral role in establishing a new practice in Blacktown, due to open in October 2023, the site will significantly increase our capability in North-Western Sydney. The Blacktown practice will offer a comprehensive range of imaging and procedural services. Brand new, state of the art equipment will be used for these services, including PET/CT, 3T MRI and CTCA capable CT equipment. Working in partnership with the regional Operations Manager, you will recruit the administration team ready for the practice opening. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team that provides professional, patient-focused diagnostic imaging services. You will play an active role in managing patients within the practice and developing strong relationships with our doctors, practice leaders and the broader technical team to ensure that the practice runs smoothly to maximise bookings and revenue. You will assist with referrer enquiries and manage patient debt. You will identify opportunities to improve processes and act as the escalation point for issues.

**About You**

You must have outstanding leadership skills and place excellent customer service at the heart of all you do. You will be a great communicator, who possesses the ability to develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Significant experience working in a fast-paced customer centric environment is essential, together with business acumen particularly with regards to process optimisation. You must be analytical in your approach and have excellent problem-solving skills.
