**The role of our Principal Coordinator - Asset Management**:

- Lead, manage, motivate, and encourage the assets team to provide and deliver consistent, high quality, outcomes, programs, and advice.
- Develop Council’s Asset Management Framework ensuring Asset Management decisions are informed by Council’s Community Strategic Plan and Long-Term Financial Plan.
- Undertake Council’s infrastructure assets including revaluations, asset capitalisation audits and financial reconciliation reports for inclusion in Council’s Annual Financial Statements.
- Oversee the mapping of assets as a result of subdivisions and completed capital works.
- Develop Council’s Annual Capital Works Program including Infrastructure Plans through the Development Contribution framework and other agency funding.

**What are we seeking in our newest team member**:
A positive and engaged person who has significant and demonstrated experience in a similar role as well as:

- Post graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline, local government management or asset management.
- NSW Drivers Licence - C Class
- Extensive experience in Local Government Infrastructure Planning or related field.
- Extensive financial management experience, including budget setting.
- Extensive experience with asset management systems and techniques.

**Benefits of working with us**:
Salary of $166K per annum inclusive of Superannuation (paid weekly) + Car Allowance $13K (inclusive of Superannuation) + opportunity for Performance Bonus (up to 2% annual salary) + Organisational Bonus (up to $2K), Learning & Development Opportunities, Active Social Club, undercover parking and onsite cafe.
